The Captain French Trust – Charity Registration No: 1103254
The Surgery has a Charitable Trust for the promotion of health through education, access to medical facilities, acquisition and provision of medical equipment, research and the provision of healthcare for the benefit of the public. This trust is called The Captain French Trust.
As a Charitable Trust we rely on donations and legacies to help us continue our work. If you wish to contribute to this charity please contact Jo Cornell, who is the secretary of the Charitable Trust. If you are a UK tax payer you might also like to consider making a donation under the Gift Aid scheme. This scheme allows charities to reclaim the tax already paid on donations (currently 25p for each £1 donated).
Please ask reception for a Gift Aid form.
